The above application is filed by the applicant for recall of the Order passed by this Court dated 13th November 2013 in Second Appeal No.138/2013.

2. After hearing the matter for sometime, both the learned Counsel had sought time on the ground that the parties desired to settle the matter amicably. When the matter was taken up today, both the learned Counsel pointed out that the matter has been amicably settled and the parties have executed Minutes of the Order to dispose of the above application. The Minutes of the Order are signed by the applicant who is present in the Court, along with her Advocate together with the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent upon instructions. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant

MCA/289/2016 identifies the signature of the applicant on the said Minutes of the Order, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

3. Mr. Zaveri, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the undertaking referred to in the Minutes of the Order shall be furnished within two weeks from today.

4. The above application stands disposed of accordingly in terms of the Minutes of the Order dated 2nd September, 2016, marked "X" for identification.
