The learned Counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 18.01.2019 passed by the learned Registrar which is taken on record.
2. The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to correct the prayer clause by inclusion of the challenge to the impugned order dated 18.01.2019.
3. Leave granted. Necessary correction to be carried out forthwith.
4. On 18.01.2019, the Registrar had granted three weeks time to
CRA/28/2019 the applicant to remove the office objections failing which the registration of STM No.3207/2018 was to stand refused. It appears that by subsequent order dated 05.03.2019, the registration has been finally refused.
5. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks from today.
6. In such circumstances, the Revision Application is allowed. The impugned Order is set aside subject to the applicant removing the office objections within two weeks from today. If the office objections are removed, the office shall register the petition.
