There is no dispute that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2014. Charge sheet has been already filed by the respondents on 07.01.2015. Charges are framed on 23.02.2015. Considering this fact, trial is expedited.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that 22 witnesses are already examined. The trial commenced on 23.02.2015. The witnesses proposed to be examined by both the parties shall co-operate with the Sessions Judge, North Goa, Panaji, for concluding the trial expeditiously.
