By this application, the Applicant-State seeks extension of time to deposit the costs of Rs.50,000/-, by 10 days.
2. Mr. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor for the Applicant states that the Special Leave Petition filed by the Applicant against the order passed by this Court, directing the Applicant to pay the costs of Rs.50,000/-, is likely to be on board before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 15 March 2019. He seeks further extension of time of 10 days' to pay the said amount of Rs.50,000/-.

Though this Court had granted extension of time to deposit the said amount on the last two occasions, since, according to the Applicant the matter is likely to be on board before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 15 March 2019, as and by way of last indulgence, time to deposit the said amount is extended by 10 days from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted .
