2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, the fact that there is an Arbitration Clause in the Agreement has not been disputed. It is also pointed out by Mr. V. Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, that the Respondents have also raised claims against the Applicant and sought for the appointment of Arbitrator. In such circumstances, by consent of the learned Counsel, Justice U. V. Bakre, Retired Judge of this Court, is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate and decide on the dispute raised by the Applicants and the Respondents in accordance

AAR/10/2015 with law.
