Mr. Bhobe, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners have been furnished with the copy of Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR). He points out that this was the main relief applied for in the petition. Since the copy of the ECIR is now furnished to the petitioners, the grievance of the petitioners no longer survives.
