1. The Petition is filed by the individual Petitioner who was aggrieved by the action of Respondent No.5 in constructing the road which impacted his property and it was alleged that the process was without following the procedure prescribed by law. Since we have disposed of the PILWP/48/2018 leaving, the remedy open to the Petitioner to stake his claim if at all his property was acquired and he is unable to claim compensation, nothing survives in this Writ Petition as the Village road is already complete.
