The learned Counsel for the applicant has pointed out that by an order dated 24.08.2016, in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 279/2015 and other connected applications, leave to appeal against acquittal, has been granted by this Court. In short, it is submitted that there were eight complaints filed against the respondent no. 1, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and in seven, out of eight cases, leave has already been granted.

2. In such circumstances and for the reasons as mentioned in the order dated 24.08.2016, in Criminal Miscellaneous Application

CRMA/59/2018 No. 279/2015 and others, the present application is allowed. The office shall register the Appeal and the same shall be treated as Admitted. The learned Magistrate to take action under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. To be heard along with Criminal Appeal Nos. 61/2016, 62/2016, 63/2016, 64/2016, 65/2016, 66/2016 and 68/2016.
