2. Shri Mahesh Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State submits on instructions, that the applicant has been regularly reporting before the Investigation Agency and otherwise co-operating with the course of investigation as directed by this Court vide its order dated 27.04.2018.

3. In view thereof, the ad-interim relief is made absolute with the modification that the applicant shall report to the Investigation Agency whenever called upon by the Investigating Officer and not every Monday as earlier directed by this Court.

CRMAB/119/2018 The other terms on which the relief was granted are made absolute.
