The challenge in this Criminal Application is to the order dated 25.03.2022, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 39/2022, 40/2022, 41/2022, 42/2022, 43/2022, 45/2022 and 46/2022, by which, interim protection has been granted from arrest, to the respondent nos. 3 to 11 (accused). The matter arises out of FIR No. 37/2022 of P.S. Porvorim, in which, the applicant is the complainant.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The main Application for anticipatory bail is still pending before the learned Sessions Judge. In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application as the applicant intends to file an Application for intervention before the learned Sessions Judge. 4.
In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. If the applicant seeks intervention in the Anticipatory Bail Application, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. Criminal Miscellaneous Application Nos. 26/2022 and 27/2022 also stand disposed of. C.V. BHADANG, J.
