This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent/insurance company before this court. The appeal filed by the respondent/insurance company has been dismissed on 19/11/2018. It is undisputed that the insurance company has not carried the matter any further. In that view of the matter, the amount lying before this Court along with interest, if any, shall be paid to the applicants in terms of clause (vi) of the operative order in the appeal. The civil application is disposed off.
