Mr. Chodankar, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government states that the petitioner's application dated 21.02.2022 at Exhibit- E, on page 78 of the paper book will be disposed of by the respondent in accord with law and on its own merits within four weeks from today. He states that the issue of jurisdiction may be kept open and in the peculiar circumstances of the present case, the petitioner will be heard.

By accepting the above statement and by keeping open the issue of jurisdiction, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent to act consistent with the statement of the learned Standing Counsel. 28th June 2022
