The rights of the applicants are protected in so far as the future 15% interest is concerned subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the Division Bench of this Court and without prejudice to the rights of the applicants to claim any interest accrued thereon till the date of deposit and/or till the date of the judgment, if any.
