2. This is an application seeking leave to amend the petition to incorporate subsequent events.

3. Mr. C. A. Coutinho, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 opposes such amendment, as according to him, such facts are irrelevant to decide the matter.

4. Be that as it may, petition is not been admitted. Leave to amend granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week with copies thereof to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

5. Liberty to the respondents to file composite reply, if any, within a

MCA/308/2016 week thereafter.
