Mr. Mahesh Amonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Vijay Palekar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 point out that the dispute in the above writ petition has been amicably settled with the help of the Mediator. It is also pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties that the consent terms duly signed by both the parties along with their Counsel, were executed on 23rd April, 2015. The said consent terms were placed before the learned Mediator and the learned Mediator has placed his report on record dated 28th April, 2015. The report of the learned Mediator, along with the consent terms, are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
2. In view of the said settlement, Shri Amonkar, learned
WP/359/2014 Counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, points out that nothing further survives in the above writ petition.
3. The petition stands, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked "X" for identification.
