2. The appellant claims to be a licensee of the suit property and claims renewal of the agreement by the respondents plaintiffs. Since the appeal is admitted, pending hearing of the appeal, subject to payment of compensation ordered by the Court, the possession of the appellant of the suit property deserves to be protected. Accordingly, there shall be interim stay of the decree of eviction subject to the appellant paying the mesne profits ordered by this Court to the respondent at the intervals ordered by the Trial Court.
