This is an application for fixing the matter for hearing pre-emptorily on the ground that the applicant No.1 is a senior citizen who is bed ridden due to Cerebro Vascular disease and bed sores whereas, the applicant No. 2 is also of an old age and are distressed with the pendency of the appeal.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection.

3. The hearing of the Second appeal is expedited by giving due preference to the other appeals pending in respect of senior

MCA/376/2019 citizens.
