This petition was dismissed on 27.03.2018 for default as well as non prosecution. Thereafter, it was restored. Even after restoration no steps were taken by the Petitioners. On 14.01.2020, this Court took cognizance of Petitioners' failure to take any steps but still granted another opportunity to the Petitioners. Some steps were taken but on 21.01.2020 again, there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners. On 28.06.2022 again there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners. From the above, it is apparent that despite several opportunities and indulgences, the Petitioners are not serious about pursuing this matter.
