Heard Shri A. Sinai Kakodkar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Shri S.R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents fairly conceded that a bond could be obtained from the petitioner and he could be released on bail.

3. In view thereof, the impugned order dated 22/02/2019 is quashed and set aside. The learned Additional Sessions Judge is directed to release the petitioner upon accepting the requisite bond from him in compliance with Section 390 Cr.P.C. The

WPCR/44/2019 petition stands disposed off. Authenticated copy to be issued to the parties.
