This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.2 on record. The proposed legal representatives have been served, however, have chosen not to appear.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant points out that the delay in filing the application has already been condoned by order dated 15.02.2019 in MCA No.488/2015.

3. Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the present application, the same is allowed. The necessary correction in the title clause

MCA/489/2015 shall be carried out within one week.
