Mr Lobo, learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that this Court's order has been duly complied with. Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application No.163/2023 is disposed of. However, it is brought to my notice that the file and the cause list do not indicate the names of the advocates appearing for the parties even though Wakalatnama has already been filed in the main matter. There is no requirement of filing Wakalatnama in the miscellaneous applications when the wakalatnama is filed in the main matter. Accordingly, the Board Section must ensure that the names of the Advocates are duly shown on the cause list where miscellaneous applications are put up for orders/directions.
