Perused the application. Heard learned Advocate for the applicant.

The bailiff report in respect of notice to respondent no. 1, is that the said respondent has closed its office and left office 5 years back. The respondent no. 4 is unserved as not residing in the said bungalow. The respondent no. 5 is unserved as the house is sold 5-7 years back and his whereabouts are not known. Ld. Advocate states that the addresses of respondent no. 1, 4 and 5 respectively, are the same addresses mentioned in the cause title in the original proceedings before the Trial Court and said addresses are the last known addresses of the respondents. The said respondents were also served through publication in the Trial Court.
