Date:- 16th February, 2017 P.C. : The Official Liquidator, who is present in Court, states that for the last thirteen years, he has been travelling to recover the amounts which did not yield any fruitful results. As such, the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- and a further sum of Rs.10,000/- would benefit the Company in liquidation.
2. Hence, the Official Liquidator is accordingly permitted to accept the said sum of Rs.1,60,000/- besides an additional sum of Rs.10,000/- and close the proceedings as far as Applicants are concerned and further additional expenses would have to be incurred to further proceedings in the matter.
