This appeal is listed for orders as the appellant has not deposited the printing charges. However, the learned counsel for the appellant points out that the sole appellant is dead and the legal representatives have not

FA -69 -2018 approached for bringing themselves on record in the place of the deceased appellant. The record discloses that the sole appellant Mr. Shankar Jog had filed a petition seeking compensation in respect of the injuries suffered by him in a vehicular accident and the Tribunal by the impugned judgment and award has partly allowed the petition and granted a compensation of Rs.72,000/- without interest.

The present appeal is filed for enhancement of the compensation. However, considering the fact that the sole appellant is reported to be dead and the legal representatives have not come forward to implead themselves, the First Appeal is disposed off as abated, with no order as to costs.
