This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Revision Application (Stamp No. 1092/2019), challenging the order of the Registrar (Judicial), refusing to register the Civil Application (Stamp No. 349/2018), for want of removal of office objections.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the applicants and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the Revision Application is condoned. Civil Application Stamp No. 1092/2019 is allowed, subject to the applicants depositing costs of Rs.5,000/- with the Goa State Legal Services Authority,

MCA/680/2019 within a period of three weeks. Consequently, order dated 13.07.2018, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is set aside. If the deposit is made and the office objections are removed, the office shall register Civil Application Stamp Nos. 1092/2019 and 349/2018.
