2. This is an Application for correcting the name of some of the Respondents as well as for bringing the legal representatives of Respondent Nos. 1(b), 4 and 5 on record and to delete the name of Respondent No. 2. Similarly, there is a prayer to furnish the new and correct addresses of Respondent Nos. 1(o), 1(p) and 6.

3. For the reasons disclosed in the said Application, the same stands allowed. The Applicants are permitted to amend/correct the names of the Respondents as per prayer clause (A), to bring the legal representatives as per prayer clause (B), to delete the name of Respondent No. 2 as per prayer clause (C) and to furnish the correct 1st April, 2024

MCA 197 of 2024 addresses of the Respondents as per prayer clause (D). Amendment to be carried out within a week.

4. The Application stands disposed of.
