We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

2. During the course of hearing, it was pointed out by the learned Advocate General that the investigations which are in progress in connection with the allegations made by the petitioner in the above petition, concerns the handing over the charge of the missing items of the subject Devasthan are in progress and, according to him, during the course of the investigation though it was alleged that 183 items were missing, nevertheless, most have been retrieved and only 22 items still remain to be traced. Learned Advocate General further

WP/247/2014 submits that the investigation is still in progress and shall be concluded on or before 30th March, 2016.

3. It was also brought to our notice during the hearing of the above petition that in the meanwhile a new Managing Committee has already been elected and is due to take charge on or before 01st April, 2016.

4. In such circumstances, we dispose of the above petition by directing the respondent No. 1 and 2 to conclude the investigation which is in progress on or before 30th March, 2016. Compliance may be placed on record within two weeks thereafter.
