Mr. S.S. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made representation dated 22nd August, 2016 to respondent No.2, the Director of Education as regards the grievances raised in the present petition. In view of the representation made to the appropriate authority, the petition does not survive. The same is disposed off accordingly. All contentions of both the sides are kept open.

2. Mr. Raunaq Rao, Counsel appearing for respondents No.3 and 4 requests that respondents No.3 and 4 be given an opportunity of hearing before the Director of Education in the representation made by the petitioner. Mr. Kantak does not object to the request.
