2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, by an order dated 22/06/2016, has already allowed the names of the legal representatives to be brought on record. Proposed respondents are shown to be served. However, none appears. Considering the fact that the legal representatives are already brought on record in the complaint before the learned Magistrate and for reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
