The above petition seeks direction to complete the investigation in respect of the complaint filed by the petitioner and also for re-investigation by the C.B.I. Shri Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation has already been completed and a charge-sheet has already been filed by the Investigating Officer. The copy of the charge-sheet is placed on record.

In view of the above, the prayer in the petition no longer survives. The petition stands accordingly disposed of. Liberty to the petitioner to apply.
