The learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos.1 to 3 states that two transformers have already been installed and commissioned and the respondent no.2 has no plan to install any further transformers. The learned Counsel for the applicants points out that there was an order dated 02/03/2010, which was operating during the pendency of the suit, whereby the respondents were restrained from carrying out any further construction/ erection of any structure in the property. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the same order can continue.

2. In such circumstances, the application is disposed of, with a

CA/106/2017 direction to the respondents not to make any further construction or erect any further structure in the disputed property during the pendency of the appeal.
