Learned Advocate General for respondents states that this petition of the petitioner would be considered as a representation for modification of the order dated 21.1.2013 and for appropriate reliefs as prayed in prayer clause 9(ii) of the petition. An appropriate order in this regard would be passed within six weeks from today. He further states that order would be conveyed to the parties within one week thereafter. Statement is accepted. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. Writ Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
