REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application to issue notices to respondent nos. 1 to 3 by way of substituted service by way of paper publication. The application is supported by an affidavit of applicant, i.e. Shri Viraj H. Gudekar.

Previous notices issued to the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 returned unserved vide bailiff report dated 04.03.2020 and 06.03.2020 respectively. From the aforesaid bailiff report, it reveals that notices to respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 will not be served by ordinary means. Hence, the application is granted in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.
