This Civil Revision Application challenges the order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the learned Deputy Registrar, by which the registration of the application for condonation of delay and registration of the appeal, has been refused, for non-compliance with the office objections.

2. As by the impugned order, the registration of the matter was refused, it is not necessary to issue a notice to the respondent.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, subject to, payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Goa State Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from today and further subject to the condition that the petitioner will remove all the office objections, within a period of two weeks. On payment of the costs and removal of the office objections, office shall proceed to

CRA/9/2016 register the application for condonation of delay.
