Mr Naik appearing for the petitioner discloses that he has already applied for withdrawal of his vakalatnama in the Registry which has been approved. He submits that the petitioner was intimated in the present proceedings and his intention to withdraw the vakalatnama. He submits that the petitioner is at present abroad.

2. Present matter was filed in the year 2021 and since then matter is simply adjourned for service of respondent no.1. Even the petitioner was allowed to serve respondent no.1 by way of publication.

3. Till date there is no compliance of the said order. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present proceeding. 23rd October, 2024

4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
