Petitioner, Mr. Santosh Shetye, appears in person. 2.
This is a revision against order dated 23.02.2018 made by the Deputy Registrar dismissing Writ Petition bearing Stamp No.4146/2016 challenging orders made by the Authorities under RTI for failure on the part of the petitioner to clear objections despite opportunities.

Mr. Shetye explains the circumstances in which he could not clear the objections. However, he assured the Court that the office objections will now be cleared without fail within four weeks from today. This statement is accepted.

The Member Secretary, GSLSA, is requested to assist the petitioner to clear the office objections or, if found necessary, to appoint an Advocate under the Legal Aid Scheme to appear on behalf of the petitioner, once the objections are cleared. 5.
The Registrar's order dated 23.02.2018 is recalled. 6.
This Revision Application is allowed in the above terms without any order for costs, on the assurance of the petitioner that office objections will indeed be cleared within four weeks from today. 7.
