1. Upon hearing the appellant, who is present alongwith his Advocate as also the Advocate for the respondent no. 3 and considering the fact that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, whereby the respondent no. 3 agrees to pay compensation of Rs.30,000/- in total to the appellant, which the appellant accepts in full and final settlement of his claim against the respondents, without any kind of coercion, threat or undue influence, allurement or misrepresentation, we accept the said settlement proposed by the parties and the matter stands settled accordingly. Respondent no. 3 accordingly agrees to pay sum of Rs.30,000/-, within a period of four

weeks.
