This an application filed by the Regional P.F. Commissioner for withdrawal of the amount which has been deposited in this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and the averments made, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount subject to final order which will be passed in the writ petition. Question is whether the applicant-commissioner is required to return the amount with interest, if the decision in the petition is passed against the commissioner, will be considered at the time of final hearing of the petition.
