2. Shri Ramani, on the basis of the instructions from the appellants, including, the appellant no.1, who is present in his office and attending the virtual hearing, submits that the parties to these

proceedings have already settled their differences and such settlement is also recorded in a Decree dated 21/11/2019 made by the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, 'C' Court at Ponda in Regular Civil Suit No.61 of 2011/C. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw all these appeals.

3. Leave is granted and all these appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.
