This is an application challenging the order dated 23.03.2018, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, by which, the registration of Writ Petition being Stamp No. 1802/2017 has been refused for want of compliance with the office objections.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections, within a period of one week from today. The statement is accepted.

3. In such circumstances, the order dated 23.03.2018 is hereby set aside. The office to register the Writ Petition, subject to removal of the office objections.
