After hearing the matter for sometime, Mr. V. Palekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition, with liberty to file a representation before the concerned Authority.

2. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. In case, any such representation is filed, the concerned Authority shall examine such a representation, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of such a representation.
