This is a civil application, seeking condonation of delay of 56 days in instituting the second appeal.

Again here, the sufficient cause is shown. No reply is filed to contest the statements made in the Civil Application. Ms. Drago states that the reasons are not sufficient for condonation of delay of 56 days. However, in my judgment, sufficient cause is 25/11/22

Registry to now number the second appeal and place the same for admission on 15/12/2022.
