This is an application for withdrawal of 50% of the awarded amount which has been deposited in this Court and is quantified at `54,00,000/-.

Shri. Amey Sinai Kakodkar, learned Advocate for the respondents No.1 objected to the release of even 50% of the amount since the applicants are from Bihar, and they have otherwise stated that they do not have any movable or immovable property or any

Considering this position, and that the respondents No.1 would face an uphill task in recovering the amount in the event they succeed in the appeal, the application is partly allowed to the extent that the applicants are held entitled to withdraw an amount of `15,00,000/- on undertaking furnished in the Registry of this Court to that effect. The applicants also to give their detailed address in the Registry.
