1. The application has been filed to add "since deceased" in the cause title of the Cross Objection No. 16 of 2013, as the Applicant No. 2 has expired. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 29 and 30 has no objection for the same. Since the application is only for the purpose of adding "since deceased", it is not necessary to hear the other Respondents. The Death Certificate of the deceased is also placed on record. The application is allowed in the above terms.

2. Liberty granted to the Applicant to carry out the said amendment within a period of 2 weeks from today.
