Heard Mr. Rohit Braz D'Sa, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. D.J.Pangam, learned Advocate General alongwith Mr S. Redkar, learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Kapil Kerkar, learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that there is some delay in disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2019 made under Section 210 A of the Panchayat Raj Act by the Director of Panchayat, seeking the removal of

WP/579/2019 respondent No.3 as a panch member, of the Panchayat of Calangute.

3. Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General who appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that respondent No. 2 will dispose of the petitioner's representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, within 3 months from today.

4. We expect the Director to comply with the principles of natural justice which means that proper hearing should be afforded to both the petitioner and respondent No.3 in the matter.

5. By accepting the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition.

6. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
