he compounding application has been iled today. he Registry shall register the same.

Registry to waive oice objections and register the matter. 3.
he applicant has paid the entire outstanding compensation of Rs.75,000/- in the manner stated in paragraph 3 of the Application. An amount of Rs.9,500/- has also been deposited in the Goa State Legal Services Authority as penalty amount. he learned Counsel for Respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that it has no objection to compounding the ofence. For the above reasons, the Applicant stands acquitted of the ofence under Section 138 of the NI Act, of which he was convicted by order dated 03.05.2023 by the JMFC Ponda in Criminal Case No. 293/OA/NIA/2018/A Court Ponda.

As a consequence of the order of the compounding of the ofence, and disposal of the Criminal Revision Application No.293/25 (F), the amounts deposited by the Applicant in various courts would have to be released in favour of the Respondent No.1. Consequently, the JMFC Ponda, dealing with Criminal Case No. 293/OA/NIA/2018/A Court Ponda has already paid an amount of Rs.11,000/- to Respondent No.1.

he Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Panaji sitting at Ponda dealing with Criminal Appeal No.319 of 2023 shall release an amount of Rs.20,000/-, which was deposited before it on
30.08.2024, directly into the Account of Respondent No.1, details of which are given below:

he aforementioned courts shall comply with this order by 26.09.2025. he Sessions Court and the JMFC shall act upon an authenticated copy of this order placed before it. Revision Application and the Application for condonation of delay stands disposed of.
