By interim order dated 26.2.2015, an arrangement was worked out to produce the original documents in respect of qualification and degrees of the original petitioner no. 2/applicant herein for the purpose of counselling which was fixed on 3.3.2015. It is brought to our notice that pursuant to the said order, the original documents were infact produced before the Director of the National Board of Examination, New Delhi, as directed by this Court and after verifying such documents of the applicant the photocopies thereof have already been taken on record by the said authority as reflected in the receipt dated 3.3.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has pointed out that as the applicant was not successful in the first round of selection he has now been called for further

CA/55/2015 counselling on 15.4.2015 before the same authority alongwith the original documents.

2. Hence, in continuation of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 26.2.2015, we direct the said authority at this stage to act upon the photo copies of the original certificates of the applicant which have already been produced at the time of first counselling which took place on 3.3.2015 and in case the applicant is selected, the original thereof, shall be produced as per the terms of orders of this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant upon instructions undertakes to report back to duties at the Goa Medical College Hospital after the counselling is over on 15.4.2015. The said statement of learned counsel is accepted.
