Mr. Sardessai, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioners intends to take recourse to appropriate remedy challenging the order of grant of sanction by the Commissioner of Labour for prosecution under section 25-U of the Industrial Disputes Act, as also the order of issue of process passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class under section 25-U of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed off as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
