This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of ₹14,00,000/- with interest accrued thereon. 2.

Ms. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that she has no objection to the withdrawal of the said amount subject however to an amount of ₹73,500/- with interest thereon be refunded to the Respondents. 3.

In view of the fair concession, the application is allowed. The Registry to act accordingly.
