1. In view of the memorandum dated 30/10/2024 of the Director of Panchayats, Panaji-Goa which is placed on record by learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is submitted that the reliefs prayed for in the petition stand worked out. Thus, the memorandum dated 30/10/2024 from the Director of Panchayats, Panaji-Goa, is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. In view of such a memorandum, it is now for the Village Panchayat of Navelim of Salcete Block to recalculate the pensionary benefits. The necessary action on the basis of said memorandum be taken within a period of eight weeks. 13th January, 2025
